A number of notes about previous reviews. There is currently a hose outside so that you can clean off sand (but no mat at prime of stairs), and also the fridge looked pretty new and wasn't rusty.

Wonderful location very close to beach. Love the deck and sitting down out to take in evening meal at sunset. Observed dolphins almost every day! The place was the right getaway and we loved coming back to a clean and roomy place after days to the beach! Kasie Posted: 3/29/2025

It was NOT dirty, it had been well kept, and once again the location was terrific. It could really reward from a dishwasher when they remodel the kitchen area. The fridge was good, no challenges (I'd viewed difficulties claimed in other reviews). Matthew Posted: five/10/2024
